What does an AI business consultant actually do?
I help you work out where AI and automation can save time or money in your business, then help you put those changes in place and train your team to use them. The focus is on practical results, such as fewer hours on admin and fewer missed calls, rather than technology for its own sake.
Do we need technical staff to work with you?
No. Most clients don’t have an IT department. I handle the technical setup and leave you with clear documentation and training so your existing team can manage it.
Will AI replace my staff?
That isn’t the goal of my work. The aim is to take repetitive tasks off your team so they can spend more time on customers and skilled work. Important decisions stay with people.
How do you handle customer data and privacy?
Privacy is considered in every recommendation. I favour tools with business-grade data protections, keep sensitive steps under human review, and help you set clear rules for what staff can share with AI tools.
How much does it cost?
Every engagement is quoted as a fixed scope and price after a free discovery call, so you know the cost before work starts. There are no retainers.

I’m based in Vancouver and meet clients in person across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. I also work remotely with businesses elsewhere in BC and across Canada.
